Rules

General Rules

  1. Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while interacting with the animals.
  2. Authorized Areas: Visitors are only allowed to feed and pet animals in designated areas.
  3. Respect for Animals: Treat all animals with respect and care. Do not chase, tease, or scare them.
  4. Health and Safety: Wash hands thoroughly before and after interacting with the animals.

Feeding Animals

  1. Approved Food Only: Only feed the animals with food provided or approved by the staff. Outside food is not allowed.
  2. Feeding Procedure: Follow the instructions provided by the staff on how to feed the animals safely.
  3. Quantity Control: Do not overfeed the animals. Use the provided portions and avoid giving additional food.

Petting Animals

  1. Gentle Touch: Pet the animals gently and avoid making sudden movements that could startle them.
  2. Restricted Areas: Do not touch sensitive areas such as the face, ears, or tail unless guided by the staff.
  3. Animal Behavior: If an animal shows signs of distress or aggression, stop petting it immediately and inform the staff.

Health Precautions

  1. Allergies: Visitors with allergies to animals should take necessary precautions and avoid direct contact.
  2. Injuries: Report any injuries or bites to the staff immediately. First aid is available on-site.
  3. Illness: Do not interact with the animals if you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions.

Visitor Responsibilities

  1.  Follow Instructions: Adhere to all instructions given by the staff regarding interaction with the animals.
  2. Liability: The facility is not responsible for any injuries or illnesses resulting from failure to follow these terms and conditions.

Prohibited Actions

  1. No Climbing: Do not climb on fences, gates, or enclosures.
  2. No Rough Play: Rough play around the animals is strictly prohibited.
  3. No Feeding Without Supervision: Never feed or pet the animals without staff supervision or in areas not designated for interaction.

Terms & Conditions

  • Each child can be accompanied by one adult. Additional adults will be charged 1000 each.
  • This event offer is exclusive and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
  • Our birthday offer covers venue rental, Zoofari activities, and animal interaction. Any extra requests may be subject to additional fees.
  • Bring an extra kid with a membership child and enjoy a 10% discount on the regular entry fee.
  • Feeding and Petting Farm Animals and Birds:

 

Membership Plan: 3 Months

  • Visit Duration: Each visit is counted as one hour.
  • Included Attendees: Each visit covers entry for 1 adult and 1 child.
  • Usage Flexibility: You can use your 15 visits in any combination:
  • Daily Usage: For example, 15 separate days, with each visit lasting one hour.
  • Combined Usage: Alternatively, you can use visits in longer sessions, such as 7 visits of 2 hours each, or any other combination.

 

Additional Benefits:

  • Discounted Visits: Once you have used up the 15 included visits, you will receive a 50% discount on additional visits.
  • Regular Visit Charge: Rs1999 per visit
  • Discounted Charge: Rs.999 per visit
